My Expectations

Let's grow together in God

Our Relationship Expectation

My expectations for this cite is to provide a deeper understanding of how to lead and live in excellence as Christians and human beings. Also, I hope to learn from those who enter into the joy of this ministry. I welcome any opportunity that each of you would like to share with me of your experiences, that will help me with my present and future endeavors in serving the people of God. I will strive to do all I can to fulfill the same expectations that you have of me and this ministry.

I believe that there is a higher height and a deeper depth that we can all go in God, and with perseverance, persistency and power, we will get there where we will be afforded the best opportunities possible. I will strive to do all I can to give the same expectations that you have of me. My idea of leadership first of all means that I must have faith and believe in myself and I believe in God and seek His counsel to lead and guide me in the right way. Next, is to be a good follower. If you can follow the instructions of others, then you stand a better chance of being a great leader. Leading means that I must be first partaker of the fruit. Meaning “not do as I say” but follow me as I lead being an example for those I am leading, because I am going to do as I instruct others to do as well. Leader must be multi facet especially in the melting pot and diverse society that we live in today, in which this will help to lead around bias, discrimination, self centeredness, and any other ethical issues or concerns that will hinder the followers. Good leader will or should always have followers, however if not for some reason for a period of time, quality leadership must still stand be exemplified without any negative or dishonest compromise.

I have been in church leadership in and educational leadership. The challenges for me have been in learning the personality of each individual, because each person is different and although everyone must have fair treatment, you can’t always have a one size fit all rule. There have been challenges with jealousy, hard heartedness, envy, and just plain difficult people to work with, as well as leading people who have a lot of challenges in their own personal lives. I have faced challenges of prejudice of me and as a female minister, witch craft, demonic spirits, hard headed, stiff neck, and unreasonable attitudes to name a few. “But God”

I desire to continue to be a leader despite its difficulty at times, because it is what I enjoy doing. I hope God will help me learn how to do it better, in excellence in areas of discipline, time and financial management, and just gain more wisdom and insight in what is really expected of a good leader/Child of God.

Hope all is well with each of you and I look forward to spending and sharing time with you.

Grace and Peace
